Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been
confirmed. Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before
2pm EST will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm
EST will begin processing the following business day. Once your order
has shipping you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information.

If you have questions about your shipment our fully staffed team can assist
you at any time. Our customer service department is available 24/7 at
United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.
All orders require a processing time of up to 48 hours. This does not include
weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will ship.
Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be
delivered via Priority Mail.
Overnight shipping is available for U.S. customers.
Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office. A
tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.
If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying an
additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.
If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or
signed for, we are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact
your local USPS and open a claim.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier,
incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.
No refunds, exchange ONLY. Items can be returned in their original
condition for exchange ONLY or store credit within 14 days of the delivery
date regardless of the payment method used.
Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for returns.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free
of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags
